FSL Electronics have worked with some of the country’s top sports scientists to develop a portable, easy to use product which will measure power, energy and velocity and calculate and store the Reactive Strength Index for individual team members. These are presented as easily understood graphs and bar charts, which coach and athlete can discuss to ensure fitness levels are maintained and improved.
