Vertical Jump / Sergeant Jump

The JumpMAT provides an accurate measurement of vertical jump height, an important indicator of leg power. The ability to generate power is a key requirement for most athletes and games players.The JumpMAT gives a reading for a number of jumps which allows the athlete to compare his/her personal performance.

Continuous Jump Training

The JumpMAT is an excellent tool in multiple or continuous jump protocols in training. With no feedback it is difficult to keep the level of effort high or to know when to stop. The JumpMAT’s immediate feedback therefore helps motivation.

Rebound Jump

The JumpMAT measures contact time for rebound jumps – where the performer jumps onto the mat and performs a maximal jump – the mat calculates reactive strength.
